摘要
目的:探讨生物反馈刺激治疗在Ⅲ型前列腺炎中的应用价值。方法:将ⅢA、ⅢB型前列腺炎患者120例分为生物反馈组及常规组,比较治疗后慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)的改善效果。结果:与常规组比较,生物反馈组NIH-CPSI的改善效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈刺激治疗联合常规治疗方案可以更加明显地改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎的症状。
Objective： To explore the application of the bio-feedback therapy in type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods： 120 cases of patients with Ⅲ A, Ⅲ B prostatitis were divided into biofeedback treatment group and conventional treatment group, chronic prostatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI） after treatment were compared. Results： Compared with the control group, NIH- CPSI of biofeedback treatment group was improved effectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Biofeedback stimulation therapy combined with conventional treatment programs can be more significantly improved the symptoms of type Ⅲ prostatitis.
