摘要
泪腺肿瘤是眼眶内常见的肿瘤之一,其发病率有逐渐增加趋势。本文综述了泪腺肿瘤的临床特征、恶变、复发和预后等方面的变化情况,从分子生物学角度论述了其病因、组织起源、病理分型和基因改变及检测方法,并对影像学新技术在泪腺肿瘤的术前定性活检、准确定位、减少组织损伤、保持包膜完整性、提高手术效果、防止复发上的新优势进行了评价。指出把现代分子生物学、影像学与病理学结合起来将为泪腺肿瘤的未来诊断和治疗开辟更加广阔的道路。
Lacrimal gland tumor is one of the most common tumors within the orbit,its incidence has gradually increased.This paper reviews the changes of lacrimal gland tumor on the clinical characteristics,malignant transformation,recurrence and prognosis,discusses its pathogenesis,histological origin,pathological type,gene alteration and detection methods from a molecular biologic point of view.Meanwhile,we evaluate the role of new iconography methods for lacrimal gland tumor in qualitative biopsy before operation,accurate positioning,reducing tissue damage,maintaining tumor integrity,improving the efficacy of operation and preventing recurrence.From this review,we may conclude that combination of modern molecular biology,imaging and pathology techniques will greatly promote the diagnosis and treatment level of lacrimal gland tumor.
