摘要
目的：总结青光眼合并白内障手术治疗的临床效果。方法：对１０６例（１４０只眼）白内障合并青光眼患者经白内障囊外摘出术、人工晶状体植入术和小梁切除术三联手术方法治疗后的随访资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术后矫正视力≥０．５者７２只眼（５１．４％），眼压长期控制者１３９只眼（９９．３％）。结论：三联手术用于治疗白内障合并青光眼是安全有效的。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the clinical effects of triple surgical procedure on the treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma. METHODS: A retrospective study was carried out on 106 cases (140 eyes) of cataract combined with glaucoma according to clinical data of following cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy. RESULTS: Postoperative visual acuity was 0 5 or better in 72 eyes (51 4%), the intraocular pressure of 139 eyes (99 3%) was in normal range in long term follow up. CONCLUSION: Triple surgical procedure is a safe and effective surgery technique.
