摘要
介绍了低贫磁铁矿采用碎矿多段抛尾、多段磨矿多段磁选或磁选-浮选联合处理得到合格铁精矿的基本工艺流程和设备,叙述了采用自磨与半自磨、高压辊磨机等技术和设备处理低贫磁铁矿石,可有效降低选矿生产成本,提高经济效益的技术特征。简要阐述了低贫磁铁矿的选铁尾矿用作生产建材、微晶玻璃、污水处理等的材料,以及在土壤改良、土地复垦等方面的综合利用情况,指出了在开发低贫磁铁矿资源过程中产生的不容忽视的环境问题。
The basic technological process and equipment for lean magnetite were introduced in this paper, such as using coarse crashing to reject railings, and multistage grinding, multistage magnetic separation, or combined process of magnetic separation-flotation. Acceptable iron concentrates were achieved by the processes. The applications of autogenous grinding, semi-autogenous grinding and high-pressure rolling press in lean magnetite treatment process, could reduce production costs and enhance economic benefits effectively. The comprehensive utilization conditions of iron tailings from lean magnetite beneficiation were as follows: used for manufacturing construction materials, glass ceramics, wastewater treatment and land reclamation, and used as soil modifier. It pointed out that environmental problems appeared in exploiting the lean magnetite should never be ignored.
