摘要
对山东某化工厂TNT作业工人劳动卫生学调查结果发现,车间空气中TNT浓度多数均超过国家最高容许浓度(MAC=1mg/m3),工人皮肤污染严重。TNT接触组工人血清肌酐和肌酸含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.0005)。然而,TNT接触组工人血清和尿中β2-MG含量高于正常值上限阳性检出率分别为81.54%和66.67%。动物实验表明,TNT染毒大鼠血清肌酐和肌酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见。
The occupational survey and health surveillance of TNT exposed workers were carried out in a trinirtrotoluene (TNT) plant in ShanDong province. It showed that workplace TNT concentration in air had exceeded national maximum allowable concentration (MAC=1mg/m3) and the skin of the workerexposed to TNT was severely contaminated. The higher levels of creatinine and creatine were shown in serum of workersexposed to TNT than those in controls (P<00005). However, a positive rate of a normal maximum levels of β_2microglobulin in serum and urine of workersexposed to TNT were 81.54% and 66.67%, respectively. The animal experiment indicated that the contents of creatinine and creatine in serum of ratsexposed to TNT were higher than those of controls (P<0.05). It suggested that TNT expoure might damage the renal function of glomernli filtration and penetration of proximal tubes slightly.
