摘要 在确定多养分复合叶面肥制备工艺的基础上,考察了螯合剂种类、螯合温度、螯合时间、溶液pH值等因素对产品性能的影响。通过正交试验获得了叶面肥的最佳螯合反应条件为:以EDTA与柠檬酸组合作为螯合剂,螯合温度70℃,螯合时间0.5h,溶液pH值5.5.研究发现螯合剂种类对叶面肥性能影响最大,次为溶液pH值,螯合温度与螯合时间影响最小。制备的多养分复合叶面肥主要指标完全符合国家标准;同时还含有大量元素氮、磷、钾,中量元素钙、镁、硫,高活性腐植酸钾及稀土添加剂等有益组分。 The preparation technology of the multi-compound fertilizer was determined. The relationship between the foliar fertilizer performance and some factors such as the types of chelating agents, chelating temperature, chelating time and solution pH etc was discussed. The best chelating condition were gotten by orthogonal test as followings : a combination of EDTA and citric acid as a chelating agent, chelating temperature 70 ℃, chelating time 0.5h and the solution pH of 5.5. It was found that the types of chelating agents affected the foliar fertilizer properties significantly; solution pH followed the factor, chela- ting temperature and time at the least. The main parameters of the multi-compound foliar fertilizer fully met national standards. The foliar fertilizer included some useful compounds, such as the substantial elements, the medium elements, the active humic acid potassium and the REE additives etc.
