摘要
本实验以落葵薯为材料,开展化学品质分析和急性毒性试验以对开发落葵薯做出研究检测其药用价值。采取大鼠经口灌胃方法及常规成分检测法,得LD50>6.45g/kg,落葵薯化学成分如下含粗蛋白1.46%,维生素C含592mg/kg,粗纤维0.7%;钾0.42%,钙1270mg/kg,铁24.2mg/kg,纳50mg/kg等;硝酸盐1449mg/kg,亚硝酸盐2.3mg/kg,重金属镉0.022mg/kg,铅0.17mg/kg。结果表明,落葵薯粗蛋白含量较低,但含有丰富的维生素C和粗纤维,富含矿物质和微量元素。落葵薯属于急性无毒药品;具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。
A comprehensive and scientific evaluation of quality and acute toxicity ofAnredera cordifolia was made in this paper to fulfill the research ofAnredera cordifolia to measure it value in drug. We took the oral gavages method for the acute toxicity test and the con- ventional component detection method. The results showed that LD50 was 〉6.45 g/kg and Anredera cordifulia had high nutritional values, which contained of crude protein 1.46%, of Vitamin C 592 mg/kg and of crude fiber 0.7%. It was also rich in minerals and trace dements, containing 0.42% of potassium, 1 270 mg/kg of Ca, 24.2 mg/kg of Fe and 50 mg/kg of Na element, including 1 449 mg/kg of nitrate, 2.3 mg/kg of nitrite and 0.022 mg/kg of cadmium, which was completely in accordance with safety edible Herb drug.
