摘要
本文对采用全卤离子膜烧碱,电解后的淡盐水和烧碱界区的废水混合后,返回盐井继续溶解岩盐生产合格的卤水,采卤泵及盐井异常的原因进行简要分析,对盐井的结晶堵井进行了阶段性总结。
This paper introduces the process for producing qualified brine with the mixture of dilute brine after electrolysis from ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant and waste water from caustic soda battery limit, which is returned into salt well to dissolve rock salt. A brief analysis on the abnormality of brine extract- ing pump and the salt well is made and the cause for well plugging due to crystallization is summarized.
