摘要
论述了网络引发的诸多文化创新,探讨了网络技术条件下诞生的新型文化形态——网络文化的特点及其引发的人类文化进步与变迁。面对新的文化发展境遇,图书馆在受到网络文化强烈冲击的同时,也正孕育着重大的发展机遇。为了应对"第四媒体"对图书馆事业带来的又一轮变革,从宏观、微观不同角度,提出了图书馆谋求新发展的创新策略与措施。
The paper has described the cultural innovation due to network, discussed the new cultural morphology generated under the conditions of network technology, that was the characteristics of network culture and which initiated the human cultural progress and change. Faced with the new cultural development, library was subjected strongly by network culture and al- so was gestating the great opportunities simultaneously. In response to the reform that ＂fourth media＂ brought to library, the article put forward the innovative strategies and measures from different point of view of macro and micro for the library to get the new development.
