摘要
图书馆联盟是实现资源共享、促进合作的一种有效方式。分析了新信息环境下图书馆联盟发展的主要困境,在此基础上提出促进图书馆联盟发展的一些对策。
Library alliance is an effective means which realizing resource sharing and promoting collaboration. The paper analyzes the main development jams of library alliance under the new information environment. Based on this, some counter-measures of library alliance development are also put forward.
