摘要
为填补我所三级电液伺服阀的空白,研制了CSTD1型三级电反馈电液伺服阀。通过对三级电液伺服阀原理的研究,确定前置级先导阀和电反馈位移传感器的选择,设计了功率级滑阀和伺服放大器,并对液动力以及加工工艺对三级阀性能的影响进行了分析。经过试验表明,CSTD1型电反馈三级电液伺服阀的性能达到了设计要求。最后就进一步研究方向进行了讨论。
CSTD1 three-stage electronic-hydraulic servo valve with electrical position feedback was designed. Based on the principle of three-stage servo valve, the forerunner level valve and electrical position feedback sensor were determined, the main valve and servo amplifier were designed. The influence of hydraulic force and technique during the process on the three-stage servo valve was analyzed. The result of test shows that the performance of CSTD1 three-stage electronic-hydraulic servo valve with electrical position feedback satisfies the design requirement. The further research aspects were discussed.
