摘要
大流量双主动双电反馈电液比例插装式节流阀具有流量大、频响高等特点。介绍了该阀的研发过程,分析了该阀的设计要求,通过AMESim对该阀进行了建模与仿真分析,在此基础上设计并试制了样机,通过试验验证,该阀的各项性能指标均达到设计要求。
A large flow double active and double feedback electro-hydraulic proportional plug-in throttle valve was developed which has the characteristics of large flow and high frequency. Based on the analysis of the technology demand for the valve, the simulation analysis was made by AMESim software. The valve was designed and trial-produced based on the simulation. Experimental result shows that all capability criterions meet the technology demand.
