摘要
数控机床的定位精度是确定数控机床加工精度的一项重要的技术指标,它表明数控机床各运动部件在数控装置的控制下,在运动中所能达到的位置准确程度。以FANUC-Oi系统为例,阐述了数控机床位置分析和参数补偿的具体原理及方法,并指明了在参数补偿中应注意的问题。
Orientation precision of NC machine is one of the important technical parameters to confirm the machining precision of NC machine. It indicates the position precision that all moving parts of NC machine can be arrived in movement. The principle and method of position analysis and parameter compensation were introduced with FANUC-Oi system as an example. The problems should be paid attention in parameter compensating were indicated.
