摘要
层去图像法是一种新兴的断层测量方法,是反求工程中的一项重要技术。断层厚度对整个层去图像法的效率和精度有很大影响,基于侦测投影图像提出了一种自适应断层厚度控制策略。该策略首先从侦测投影图像中提取内、外轮廓的斜率信息;然后建立以斜率为变量的厚度控制数学模型;最后根据厚度控制数学模型来决定每个切削层的最佳厚度。实验结果表明,此方法在保证层去图像法精度的同时,大大缩短了断层加工和照相测量的时间,具有良好的工程应用前景。
Cross-sectional imaging measurement is an important technology in reverse engineering. Cutting thickness has great influence on measuring accuracy and measuring efficiency. A self-adaptive control strategy for cutting thickness was put forward based on the reconnaissance projection images. The slope information of the inner and outer contour from the reconnaissance projection images was picked up, a thickness control mathematical model was established with slope as variable. The optimal cutting thickness was decided by the mathematical model. The experimental results show that this method can guarantee the measuring accuracy and greatly shorten the measuring time.
