摘要
目的：通过小鼠ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞体外对靶细胞的杀伤活性及其体内抗肿瘤作用的观察，了解ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞的体内外抗肿瘤效应。方法：采用ＭＴＴ法检测小鼠ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞体外抗肿瘤细胞毒活性，并通过实体瘤的大小、瘤组织病理切片形态观察等分析小鼠ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果：小鼠ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞不仅体外具有较强的细胞毒作用，且能在小鼠体内抑制Ｓ１８０肿瘤细胞的生长和扩散，并诱导Ｓ１８０细胞坏死，与生理盐水对照组比较有显著差异。
Objective:The study investigated the cytotoxicity of CD 3AK cells to target cells of Yac-1 cells and S 180 cells in vitro and the antitumor effects of CD 3AK cells in Balb/C mice in vivo .Methods:MTT method was used to analyze the cytotoxicity of CD 3AK cells in vitro .The in vivo antitumor activity of CD 3AK cells was determined by measuring the percentage of tumor's volume and gravity and using histological examination stained with HE.Results:The CD 3AK cells appeared the higher levels of cytotoxicity against Yac-1 and S 180 tumor cells than that of LAK cells or NK cells in vitro .It was also found that the in vivo effects of inhibiting the growth and of inducting the necroses of S 180 tumor cells were significantly higher in CD 3AK cells group than that in control group.Conclusion:The CD 3AK cells had strong in vivo anti-tumor activity in Balb/C mice.
