摘要
机器视觉技术是黄瓜采摘机器人研究中的重要内容之一,分析了国内外黄瓜采摘机器人中机器视觉技术在机器人路径识别导航、目标物体的分割识别与定位、黄瓜成熟度判别等方面的应用研究现状,并且分析了黄瓜识别机器人视觉系统在目标识别率、视觉系统的硬件结构和处理速度、视觉系统能源消耗等方面存在的问题,提出了在今后的研究中应着重把握视觉系统的结构优化、适应性提高以及性能与成本的平衡等.
Machine vision is one of the most important researching fields in cucumber picking robot. The application of machine vision in path recognition and navigation, object segmentation, recognition and location, judgement of cucumber maturity in cucumber picking robots are researched and analyzed. Problems about the object recognition rate, hardware structure of vision system, processing speed, of vision system and its power consumption are analyzed. Finally, the viewpoints of optimizing machine vision structure, enhancing adaptability, capability and cost equilibrium are presented.
