摘要
目的:研究测定微量钴的新体系。方法:分光光度法。结果:在pH93~98介质中,在表面活性剂CTMAB和TritonX-100存在下,Co(Ⅱ)与4,5-二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮(DB-o-NPF)形成组成比为1∶3蓝紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长620nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=141×105,Co(Ⅱ)含量在0~5μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。结论:建立了测钴的分光光度新方法。该法操作简便,灵敏度高,可直接用于VB12中钴的测定。
Objective:To study a new system of determining trace Cobalt(Ⅱ).Method:Spectrophotometry.Results:In a medium of pH 93~9.8,Cobalt(Ⅱ) reacts with 4,5-dibromo-o-nitrophenyl fluorone (DB-o-NPF) to form a 1:3 complex with maximum absorption at 620nm in the presence of CTMAB and Triton X-100.The molar absorptivity is 1.41×105.Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0~5μg 25ml.Conclusion:A new method for determining trace Cobalt(Ⅱ) was established.The method has been used to determine trace Cobalt(Ⅱ) directly in VB12 with satisfactory results.
