摘要
对天津市区居民１２１例女性非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）病例进行了１∶１配对病例对照研究。主要探讨既往病史与糖尿病发病的关系。通过条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归模型分析，发现被调查的９种既往疾病中，高血压、冠心病、自家免疫疾病、神经系统疾病、肥胖症是ＮＩＤＤＭ发病的危险因素。
A 1∶1 matched case control study of 121 pairs on female NIDDM was carried out in Tianjin.We studied the relationship between related disease history and diabetes mellitus incidence.The multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that there were 5 risk factors associated with NIDDM among 9 related disease history.The risk factors were history of hypertension,coronary heart disease,oneself immune disease,nerve system disease,and obesity.Other studied factors were not related to NIDDM.
