摘要
区域经济知识基础对区域经济的发展具有重要影响。本文把国家创新系统理论和区域-技术-组织关系三重螺旋模型联系起来,构造区域经济知识基础结构模型,并利用我国统计年鉴中工业的相关数据,对我国长三角、珠三角和京津冀三大经济区工业经济的知识基础进行了比较研究。结果发现从知识基础的整体看,长三角优于珠三角和京津冀;从知识基础的结构看,长三角经济区的知识基础结构更为合理;从知识基础的差异看,珠三角一体化的程度最高、其次是长三角;从创新三重螺旋的模式看,珠三角经济区更接近重叠交互模式;从组织所有制类型看,以民营经济为特色的长三角知识基础要优于以外资推动为特色的珠三角。
The knowledge base of region economy has an important effect on the development of regional economy. The paper links NIS theory with triple helix model among ＇ technology, organization, and territory＇ , and constructs framework model of knowledge base of regional economy, and uses the correlative data of industry in statistical almanac and studies the knowledge base of economy in our country＇ three large economic region which are Yangtze river delta, Pearl river delta and Beijin - Tianjin - Hebei. The conclusions are as follows ： the knowledge base of Yangtze river delta is better than Pear/ river delta and Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei from the perspective of entirety; the degree of regional economic integration of Pearl river delta is highest from the perspective of difference of knowledge base; the innovative model of Pearl river delta is closer to an over -lapping model from the perspective of the model of triple helix; the knowledge base of Yangtze river delta that its feature is private economy is superior to Pearl river delta from the perspective of ownership type.
