应用GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机治疗大面积表皮缺损性疾病患者的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机治疗大面积表皮缺损性疾病患者的临床效果。方法选择2007年10月~2009年3月收治的大面积表皮缺损性疾病患者30例,随机分为两组,其中15例应用GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机,持续照射,为治疗组,另外15例应用红外线照射,20min/次,2次/d,为对照组,在其他治疗方案均相同的情况下,分别观察两组患者创面感染情况、渗液持续时间以及治愈天数。结果治疗组创面细菌培养阳性率(13.3%)明显低于对照组(60.0%),治疗组渗液持续时间(7.5±1.6)d短于对照组(10.8±1.5)d,创面愈合时间治疗组(19.0±3.9)d明显短于对照组(23±4.7)d,P均〈0.01,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论应用GSX高效辐射烧伤治疗机治疗大面积表皮缺损性疾病患者创面愈合快,感染率低,减轻了医护人员的工作量,是提高皮肤科大面积表皮缺损性疾病救治成功率的有效措施。 Objective To determine the effect of GSX high-efficiency radiative burn treating machine on treating patients with large area of epidermis defect. Methods Thirty patients with large area of epidermis defect hospitalized from October 2007 to March 2009 were randomized separated into treatment group and control group, 15 patients in each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with GSX high-efficiency radiative bum treating machine continuously ,while the patients in control group were treated with infrared light ,20 min, twice a day. The other treatment approaches in two groups were the same. The lesions' infection status, the duration of exudation as well as the days needed for healing were recorded. Results The bacteria culture positive rate in treatment group was much lower than that in control group,which were 13.3% and 60. 0% respectively. The duration of exudation in treatment group (7.5 ± 1.6)d was obviously shorter than control group ( 10. 8±1.5 )d, and the lesion healing time in treatment group was much shorter( 19. 0±3.9)d than control group(23±4. 7)d. The difference between 2 groups was statistically significant( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Lesions with large area of epidermis defect treated by GSX high-efficiency radiative burn treating machine healed rapidly with low infection rate. This approach apparently alleviated nurse's workload. Therefore it is an effective method for increasing the survival rate of the patients with large area of epidermis defect.
