翻转检修架的使用提高了泵维修效率和安全,方便了检修工作。设计利用三维模型,在设计的各阶段使用并修改模型。从多方面考虑设备在使用、制造和运输时的情况,使设计更贴切实际。输出视频为安装和使用提供形象的说明。
The upending device is used in maintenance of the ANDRITZ RCP intemals. This kind of work was done without upending device all over the world, and such a device improves efficiency and safety of the RCP maintenance, and provides convenience for the engineers. It was developed by 3-D modeling in each stage of the design, considering all factors in using, manufacturing and transporting the device, so as to meet practical needs of the device, with video monitoring in assembling and using the device.
