摘要
综述了近十年来燃烧后烟道气脱汞、尤其是各种吸附脱汞技术的进展。现有的烟道气脱汞方法大都属于实验室研究,没有考虑设备型式、吸附剂上零价汞的转移和处理等问题。应当考虑吸附后的Hg(0)的处理、转化以确保吸附后的汞不再解吸和蒸发、杜绝二次污染;此外还应考虑吸附剂的回收再生及设备型式等对汞吸附效率的影响等问题,才有可能实现烟道气脱汞的产业化。
The techniques of removing mercury from flue gas, especially techniques of applying various adsorbents to remove mercury in flue gas, were reviewed. Nowadays, studies on removing mercurey from flue gas still stay on laboratory stage, and without thinking about problems such as equipment type, transference and treatment of elemental mercury etc. In fact, the treatment and conversion of adsorbed mercury is very important to ensure that the adsorbed mercury will not desorb and evaporate. Thus, the secondary Hg pollution would be avoided. Besides, recycle arid regeneration of the adsorbents and the effect of the equipment type on removal efficiency of Hg should be considered and studied in order to realize industrialization of the techniques.
