摘要
以水性环氧树脂为基料制备工业防腐涂料,分析讨论了水性环氧树脂乳液、水性环氧固化剂、颜填料以及各种助剂的选用对水性工业防腐涂料性能的影响,确定了水性环氧防腐涂料的配方和生产工艺。经工程应用表明,该产品防腐性能良好。
This paper briefly introduced the preparation of industrial anti-corrosion coatings by taking waterborne epoxy resin as the base material,analyzed and discussed the influence of selection of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion,waterborne epoxy curing agent,pigments and fillers and various additives on the performances of waterborne industrial anticorrosion coatings,and determined its formula and production process. The practical application shows that this product has good anti-corrosion performance.
