摘要
为了精确合理地设计双伸缩臂装载机工作装置,借助机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对装载机工作装置模型进行了运动学和动力学仿真。通过对工作装置建模和载荷分配,实现了双伸缩臂装载机提臂掘起和满载举升2种工况的仿真。根据仿真结果,分析了举升液压缸在这2种工况下的受力情况。为验证仿真的可靠性,对举升液压缸在上述2种工况下的受力情况进行了常规方法的计算校核,计算表明仿真结果是正确的。
In order to design double telescopic loader operation mechanism accurately and rationally, kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of double telescopic loader operation mechanism model was performed in ADAMS. Through modeling and load distribution of the operation mechanism, the simulation under vertical lifting and full load working conditions was carried out. According to the simulation results, the stressing conditions of lifting hydraulic cylinder were analysed. In order to verify the reliability of the simulation, the stressing conditions under above-mentioned conditions were verified by conventional calculation method. The calculation showed that simulation results were correct.
