摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)在诊断肾动脉狭窄的临床应用价值。方法本组收集60例临床疑有继发性高血压患者行SCTA检查资料并进行多层面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)、容积再现(VR)四种方法进行血管影像重建。结果60例患者中SCTA显示肾动脉不同程度狭窄的有25例,其中单侧肾动脉狭窄有20例,双侧狭窄有5例。结论SCTA能对肾动脉清楚显示,是诊断肾动脉狭窄的有效方法,基本可以替代有创性的DSA检查,具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of the stenosis of renal artery.Methods 40 cases with clinical suspicion of the secondary hypertension were scanned with spiral CT angiography(SCTA) and conducted with multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and surface shaded display(SSD).Results 25 cases of varied stenosis of renal artery including 20 of unilateral stenosis and 5 of bilateral stenosis.Conclusions SCTA is of high value in the clinical diagnosis of the stenosis of renal artery so that it has basically replaced the traditional angiography.
