摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱峰面积外标法定量程序测定清气凉营注射液中结合型大黄酸的含量。大黄酸浓度在０．０６９６～０．３４８μｇ范围内呈良好线性关系。相关系数γ＝０．９９９０，平均回收率为９８．５１％，ＲＳＤ＝３．１２％。
The Conjunct rhein in Qingqiliangying Injection was determined by reversed-phase HPLC-peak area external standard method. It showed a good linearity at the concentration range of 0.0696 to 0.348μg. Corelation coefficient γ is 0.9990. Average recovery is 98.51% and RSD is 3.12%.
