恶性肉芽肿、WG与ANCA相关坏死性血管炎

摘要
恶性肉芽肿、韦格纳肉芽肿（Wegener granuloma，WG）和抗中性粒细胞浆抗体（antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody，ANCA）相关血管炎，均非常见多发病，但其临床症状都常首发在鼻咽喉耳区域而就诊于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科，在既往统计中，首发鼻部症状者，误诊率在85％以上，首发耳部症状者则误诊率达100％。
