摘要
目的报道鲜红斑痣并发太田痣患者4例,探讨其临床特点及激光综合治疗方法。方法分析4例鲜红斑痣并发太田痣患者的皮疹特点、皮疹出现时间、分布情况进行,并与文献报道进行对比,根据患者病变程度及皮疹特点,设计治疗方案。结果4例患者均无家族史,其鲜红斑痣出生即有,均为单侧分布。2例患者出生即有太田痣皮损,1例10岁左右出现太田痣皮损,1例患者出生即有部分太田痣皮损,另有部分皮损出现于青春期。2例患者太田痣皮损为双侧分布,2例为单侧分布。1例患者鲜红斑痣与太田痣的皮损无重叠,其余3例患者两种皮损部分重叠。皮疹出现时间与文献报道略有不同,但符合两种疾病各自的发病特点。结论鲜红斑痣并发太田痣的临床表现多样,应根据两种疾病皮损分布特点及病变轻重以及有无重叠等情况制定个体化的治疗方案。
Objective To report 4 cases suffered from port wine stains（PWS） with nevus of Ota and discuss the clinical features and laser treatment strategies of their complications.
Methods The clinical features of the 4 cases with skin lesions including severity,distribution and emergence time were analyzed and compared with literature.The treatment protocols were also proposed.
Results All of the 4 cases had no family history.The lesions of PWS were presented at birth and unilaterally distributed in all the cases.While the rash of nevus of Ota was seen at birth in 2 cases,occurred around the age of 10 in one case,and part of the lesion occured at birth,part appeared at teenage in one case.The lesions of PWS and nevus of Ota were partly overlapped except one case.
Conclusions The clinical features of PWS combined with nevus of Ota are very complex.So the individualized laser treatment scheme is needed.
