摘要
目的测定当归中生物活性成分挥发油的含量并研究其提取工艺,提高活性成分的提取效率。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,以挥发油收取量为指标,以药材粉碎度(A)、加水量(B)、浸泡时间(C)、提取时间(D)为因素进行正交试验。结果当归中挥发油的最佳提取工艺是将药材粉碎过10目筛,加10倍量,浸泡5 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取8 h。结论本工艺设计合理,操作方便,稳定可控。
object： Determination of bioactive components from Angelica sinensis volatile oil content and to study its extraction process, improve the efficiency of extraction of active ingredients. Method ： Extracted by steam distillation in order to collect the amount of volatile oil as an index in order to crush medicine degree （A）, add water （B） , soak time （C）, extraction time （D） as orthogonal factors. Results： Angelica essential oil extraction technology is the best medicine smash than 10 mesh sieve, plus 10 times the amountof water, soaking 5h, steam distillation 8h, collected volatile oil. Conclusion：The process design is reasonable, easy to operatestable and controllable.
