摘要
目的测定当归中生物活性成分挥发油的含量并研究其提取工艺,提高活性成分的提取效率。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,以挥发油收取量为指标,以药材粉碎度(A)、加水量(B)、浸泡时间(C)、提取时间(D)为因素进行正交试验。结果当归中挥发油的最佳提取工艺是将药材粉碎过10目筛,加10倍量,浸泡5 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取8 h。结论本工艺设计合理,操作方便,稳定可控。
object: Determination of bioactive components from Angelica sinensis volatile oil content and to study its extraction process, improve the efficiency of extraction of active ingredients. Method : Extracted by steam distillation in order to collect the amount of volatile oil as an index in order to crush medicine degree (A), add water (B) , soak time (C), extraction time (D) as orthogonal factors. Results: Angelica essential oil extraction technology is the best medicine smash than 10 mesh sieve, plus 10 times the amountof water, soaking 5h, steam distillation 8h, collected volatile oil. Conclusion:The process design is reasonable, easy to operatestable and controllable.
