摘要
"限塑令"实施以来,得到社会各界的广泛关注,并取得了一定成就,但在具体执行过程中却出现了许多难点。为此,我们可以制定一系列完善限塑令的具体措施,以促进资源节约型和环境友好型社会的建设。
Since ＂the ban on plastic bags＂ was implemented,it has been obtained the widespread attention from the whole society,and has achieved certain achievements.But actually there are many difficulties in its practical operation.Hence,we can make up a series of measures to better its role to establish a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
