摘要
目的全面了解Ｔｕｒｎｅｒ综合征伴精神障碍的临床特征。方法对５例女性患者进行临床分析。结果主要躯体表现为缺乏女性特征，原发性闭经，身材矮小，乳房发育不良等；智商（ＩＱ）平均为６７．５，操作ＩＱ平均为５８；皮纹猿线出现率和总指纹嵴数增加，ａｔｄ角增大；染色体核型为４５，Ｘ／４６，ＸＸ２例，４６，Ｘｉ（Ｘｑ）、４５，Ｘ／４６，Ｘｉ（Ｘｑ）和４５，Ｘ各１例。４例呈精神分裂样改变，１例为类躁狂抑郁型精神障碍。
Objective The study was to explore the clinical features of Turner′s syndrome with mental disorder. Methods 5 female patients were analyzed clinically. Results The physical manifestation was mainly the absence of female characteristics, including primary amenorrhoea, mammary dysgenesis, young type of vulva, frequently associated with short stature and other abnormal physical appearances. The mean score of IQ was 67.5, with a rather lower mean score of performance IQ of 58. They also showed the alteration of dermal feature, including higher frequencies of simian line, enlarged value of atd angle and marked increase in total finger ridge counts and ab ridge counts. Chromosome karyotypes were with 45,X/46,XX in 2 cases, with 46,Xi (Xq), 45,X/46,Xi(Xq) and 45,X in other three cases, respectively. 4 cases had schizophrenia form symptoms and 1 had manicdepressionlike symptoms. Conclusion Physical characteristics and chromosome karyotype assay are helpful in the diagnosis of Turner′s syndrome.
