摘要 目的研究Protaper机用镍钛根管锉在临床应用中的形变过程。方法临床选用30套Protaper机用镍钛锉(Dentsply,21mm),在上颌第一磨牙颊根管或下颌第一磨牙近中根管中,每预备1个根管,用立体显微镜检查记录器械形态变化。结果根管锉在使用中的形态表现为正常、磨耗和损伤三种类型。随使用次数增加,器械磨耗、损伤均增多,S1、S2较早出现磨耗和损伤表现。结论在本研究中,器械损伤主要表现在S1、S2两支锉。建议:在重度弯曲、细窄根管,器械使用次数不超过5次,上颌第一磨牙根管或下颌磨牙近中根管使用次数不超过13次。 Objective To investigate the damage process of Protaper rotary files.Methods Thirty sets of Protaper rotary files(Dentsply,21mm) were used to prepare bucal canals of upper first molars or mesial canals of lower first molars with Crown-Down method.After preparing each root canals,the file was examined with stereomicroscope.Results The morphological characteristics of files were classified into 3 types: normal,worn and damaged.The files used more,the more worn and damaged presented,especially for S1 and S2.Conclusion S1 and S2 represented more damages than other files in this study.It was recommended that the files should be used less than 5 times in heavily curved or narrow canals,and in this study no more than 13 times.
