摘要
目的:探讨成人深覆的特点和临床矫治要点,为临床矫治成人深覆提供参考。方法:对18例青年重度深覆患者,用固定平面导板打开咬合,方丝"T"型曲压低上前牙并控制转矩,对矫治前后X线头颅侧位片进行测量分析。测量结果应用SPSS15.0软件进行t检验。结果:矫治结束后咬合关系良好,前牙覆、覆盖基本正常。矫治前后骨面型的变化无统计学意义。矫治前后上下前牙的唇倾度、牙槽高度的变化有统计学意义。结论:应用平面导板加方丝"T"型曲在成人深覆矫治中主要是通过下前牙的唇倾、上下前牙的压低来改善深覆,对成人深覆的矫治有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics, treatment patterns and the factors that influence treatments of adult patients with deep overbite. Methods Eighteen adult patients with skeletal and dental overbite were treated consecutively with fixed bite- plate and stainless steel wire bending T-loops for torque control. The pre- and post- treatment cephalometric radiographs were used for data analysis. SPSS 15.0 software was used to calculate means and standard deviation. Results Favorable overjet and overbite relation,Class I molar relationship.The satisfied occlusion relationships were achieved.There was no statistically significant change in skeletal pattern. There were significant changes in intrusion of the anterior teeth and proclining of the lower incisors. Conclusion Bite-plate for corrected over- bite combined with stainless steel wire bending T-loop for torque control was an effective treatment for the correction of deep overbite in young adults.
