摘要
晚清到五四期间,中西文化全面接触、交流、融合,西方"自由"话语以及西方现代个人观念的一些基本要素或理念先后被引入中国,西方"自由"话语被译介到中国时,怎样作为一种话语策略参与了中国现代民族国家这一新的主体形象建构?中国的知识分子是如何操纵个人主义这一"西方"话语来建构他们关于现代民族国家理论的?
The translator recreates the original -text and forms dynamic interactions with the original -text and readers of target text by the virtue of the translation practice. To some degree, it embodies the social value of the translation practice. The field which the subject practices is the world of reality. The object practiced is the translated works to some degree. The final aim is to let the readers understand the outside world. The purpose of the practice is to help the human beings change the world. So how is the world constructed by translation? and how is the function of the translated cultural product to the real world? This article tries to discuss, at the time of the Western "freedom and individual" discourse being introduced to China during the late - Qing and Wusi times, how it participates and constructs the modem Chinese country this new image of the country, and how the Chinese intellectuals manipulate the Western "freedom and individual" discourse to construct the theory of the modem nation.
