摘要
全面建设小康社会的过程中,农民生活的物质小康不能代替文化小康。大力发展农村文化具有很强的必要性。建设社会主义农村文化是促进农村各项事业发展的需要,是促进农村稳定的必然要求,也是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。我国当前农村文化建设取得了可喜的发展和进步的同时还存在诸多不可忽视的问题。加强社会主义农村文化建设必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,充分发挥优秀传统文化的作用,让农民成为农村新文化建设的主体,切实加强农村文化队伍建设,转变观念推进文化产业市场化,推进农村文化建设的多样化。
In the process of comprehensive construction of a well - off society, material affluence can not replace cultural affluence. It is of great necessity to develop rural culture. To construct the new socialist countryside culture is the need of improving the development of all rural undertakings, the inevitable requirement of promoting rural stabilization, and the inner demand of building a well - off society in an all - around way. Although the current construction of socialist rural culture has achieved a lot, there are still many noticeable problems. To strengthen the rural cultural construction, we must insist on the guidance of the concept of scientific development, take full advantage of excellent traditional culture, treat the farmers as the subject , conscientiously strengthen the construction of the contingent of rural culture, drive forward the marketization of culture industry and propel the variety of rural cultural construction.
