骨折愈合的分子机制与新的调控措施研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 骨折伴随感染可明显延迟愈合,慢性持续性炎症可刺激破骨细胞导致骨吸收,并影响骨形成过程中成骨细胞分化。核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)是炎症反应中关键的转录因子,在炎症反应中扮演着举足轻重的角色。BMP-Smad、Runx2等信号通路是控制成骨细胞分化的关键因素。本文综述了炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)对成骨细胞分化的影响和可能的改善措施,
