The Ginkgo Biloba Content Analysis of Free Radicals by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance

摘要 通过研究银杏黄酮粉在电子顺磁共振仪不同测试参数条件下的EPR谱线的变化得出:银杏黄酮粉末中黄酮类物质自由基信号的相对强度随温度的升高而下降,亦随微波功率的升高而下降. This study focused on variation of the EPR spectrum of ginkgo flavonoid powder under different parameter conditions. The results show that the relative strength of sample flavonoid's free radical signal falls with the rise of temperature and with the increase of microwave power.
