摘要
介绍了一种预应力管桩桩身垂直度的检测方法,其主要检测设备有三角架、测绳、游标卡尺、铅锤、环型圆球、桩中心定位尺等。现场操作中只需测量测线与管桩中心点的偏移量e,管桩孔口中心到三脚架滑环的高度H以及环型圆球在管桩管内的深度H0,通过这三个参数就可以计算管桩的倾斜角和垂直度。
This paper introduces a method about testing verticality of pre-stressed pipe body.The main testing equipments include triangulation frame,survey line,vernier,plumb hammer,circular ball,pipe center position and so on.It is needed to be tested in the operating process that include the migration e between survey line and centre point of pipe,the height H from centre point in pipe hole to slide ring of triangulation frame and the depth H0 comes from the circular ball in the pipe hole.The dip angle and verticality of the pipe can be counted through e,H and H0.
