摘要
以壬基酚、二氯二乙醚为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为催化剂,合成了中间体双壬基酚氧乙烯醚。通过单因素实验,确定最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量(以壬基酚质量计)10%、壬基酚与二氯二乙醚的摩尔比1:0.5、反应时间2 h、反应温度95℃。用此中间体制备的孪连表面活性剂具有优良的性能。
Dinonylphenol ethylene glycol ether,a surfactant intermediate,was synthesized from nonylphenol and dichlorodiethyl ether with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were determined by single factor experiments as follows:amount of catalyst 10%,molar ratio of nonyl phenol to dichlorodiethyl ether 1:0.5,reaction time 2 h,reaction temperature 95℃.The Gemini surfactants made from this intermediate had excellent performances.
