不同底基隐蔽物、放养密度和饲料对网箱培育拟穴青蟹幼蟹的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在网箱内通过设置不同底基隐蔽物、放养密度和投喂不同饲料来进行拟穴青蟹幼蟹的中间培育,以观察其对幼蟹生长、存活率及残肢率的影响,培育时间为20 d。结果表明:在放养密度和投喂饲料相同的情况下,用网片做底基隐蔽物,幼蟹培育的成活率显著高于用泥蚶壳或砂做底基物的试验组(P<0.05);而不同底基物对幼蟹的残肢率无显著影响(P>0.05)。在底基物和所投饲料相同的情况下,放养密度为150只/m2的试验组比放养密度为250只/m2的试验组幼蟹成活率要高,而残肢率要低(P<0.05)。在底基物和放养密度相同而所投饲料不同的情况下,幼蟹成活率和残肢率在组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。不同试验组间幼蟹出箱的规格无显著差异(P>0.05)。 Instar crabs of Scylla pararnamosain were nursed in cages for 20 days to compare the effects of substrates, stocking densities and diets on growth performance, survival rate and percentage of limb loss. The results showed, the survival rate of treatment with net pieces as substrate was significantly higher than those with shell of bloody clam or sand (P〈0.05), while the percentage of limb loss were not affected by substrates(P〉 0.05); instar crabs stocked at a density of 150 ind/m^2 had higher survival rate and lower percentage of limb loss than those of crabs stocked at the density of 250 ind/m^2 (P〈0.05); diets did not affect survival rate and percentage of limb loss (P〉0.05); the average final weight of crab was not of significant difference (P〉0.05) among all treatments.
