摘要
受国际金融危机影响,舟山船舶工业发展面临着四大挑战:造船业风险增加,订单量严重萎缩;修船业务量减少,经济效益有所回落;产业投资进度放缓,项目调整现象增多;船舶融资困难,撤单可能性增大。同时也存在着加快推进自主创新,实现产业转型升级,促进"造、修、配"协调、可持续发展格局形成的良好机遇。抢抓机遇,应对挑战,实现舟山船舶工业可持续发展,最根本的就在于走新型工业化道路。
Influenced by international financial crisis, the shipping industry in Zhoushan is confronted with four big challenges： increase in risk of shipping building and severe shrinking of order amounts; reduction of ship repairing business in volume and drop of economic profit; sluggish process of industry investment and more projects adjustments; difficulty in shipping financing and more possibility of order canceling. Meanwhile, favorable opportunities are also being created, including accelerating independent innovation, upgrading of industry transition, improving coordination of ship building, ship repairing and ship pairing as well as shaping framework of the sustainable development. Therefore, in order to catch opportunities, cope with challenges and realize the sustainable development of shipping industry in Zhoushan, the fundamental stratigy is to take a new road to industrialization.
