摘要
本文通过静载荷试验和桩身轴力测试,对比分析了普通灌注桩及桩底后注浆灌注桩的承载性状,发现软土地区桩底后注浆技术能改善灌注桩桩端和桩侧土层特性,增加桩侧摩阻力和桩端阻力,使单桩承载能力得到明显提高,其主要表现为桩侧摩阻力的提高。
Through static load test and pile axial force testing, this article compares and analyses the bearing prop. erties of ordinary grouting pile and post - grouting pile on the bottom. It is found that the post - grouting technique on the bottom can improve the soil layer property of the pile tip and pile - side in soft soil area, so as to increase the carrying capacity of single pile, which is mainly to improve the pile - side resistance.
