摘要
通过分析海西化工物流量与该地区的生产消费与流通、物流基础设施、人力资源和劳动者素质以及环境保护与治理之间的灰色关联度,得出货物运送量和第一产业是影响该地区化工物流的优先因素,而人力资源和环境保护成为海西化工物流发展的薄弱环节。
By analyzing the Grey Relational Grade which between the volume of chemical logistics of Haixi and the Production and distribution of consumption.the Logistics infrastructure.the Human Resources,the quality of workers.the Environmental Protection.the Environmental Governance. The Cargo volume and the Primary industry is the major factor that affected the chemical logistics of Haixi, And the Human Resources and the Environmental Protection became the development of resistance.
