摘要
导致电学计量检定和测量中的系统误差的因素多而复杂。本文归纳列举了这些误差因素及产生的原因。一个优秀的电学计量检定员或质检员应该全面了解和把握这些影响因素,以防止检定或测量结果出现不应有的系统误差。
The factors to induce the systematic errors in electrical measurement examination and determination or in electrical measurement are complex and plenty, my paper sum up these factors and the causes. A good personnel in charge of eleetrieal measurement examination and determination or in electrical measurement ought know and handle these factors complefly to prevent avoidable systematic errors in the electrical measurement examination and determination or in electrical measurement.
