摘要
本文综述了γ-氨基丁酸茶的生理功能、茶树中GABA的代谢和茶叶中GABA的富集技术近年来的研究进展和现状,并对其前景展开讨论。
This review deals with the recent progress in physiological function of GABA-tea, metabolism of GABA in tea plant and GABA enrichment technology in tea processing, and discusses the prospect of GABA-tea.
