摘要
从高等教育的发展、高等工程应用型人才培养需要,从企业提高科技创新力等方面阐述了校企合作共建的必然性。通过对南京工程学院开展的多样式、深层次的校企合作共建模式的实践总结,论述了校企合作共建促进应用型人才培养的成效,并提出了进一步推动和深化校企合作应采取的措施。
From the development of higher education, the need of high application talents training, the improvement of technical innovation ability in enterprise and ete. , this article elaborated the inevitability of the cooperative construction between colleges and enterprises. Through the summary of practice with multi-styles and deep level cooperation which are developing in Nanjing Institute of Technology, it expounded that the cooperation has promoted the training of applica- tion talents and met with good results. The article gave out some measures and explored how to further impel and deepen the cooperation.
