摘要
风帽是循环流化床锅炉的关键部件之一,其运行的可靠性将影响到炉内流化及外循环的正常运行。文章介绍了某CFB锅炉存在炉膛风帽漏灰、循环灰系统风帽堵灰的原因,对风帽磨损、固定方式、内管结构提出了改进措施和施工要求。改进后冷态试验结果接近原设计值,机组运行达到预期效果。
Because blast cap is one of the most important components of circulation fluidized bed boiler,its operation has influence on furnace fluidization and eternal circulation.The paper presented reasons for blast cap ash leakage,circulating ash clogging of a CFB boiler and proposed improvements of blast cap abrasion,fixation and construction.The result of cold test is close to design value and unit operation meets requirements.
