摘要
建立了指挥员决策评估指标的多层次结构，利用层次分析法对两个关键指标：敌方毁伤率和我方受损率进行了归一化处理，实现对指挥员决策的评估．
The multi hierarchy structure of the decision index of the commanders is established in this paper.With analytical hierarchy process,two key indexes:damage probability of enemy and damage probability of our army are normalized.In the end,the evaluation of the commander's decision is realized.
