摘要
以《中国学术期刊综合引证报告》（CAJCCR）为评价工具,采用文献计量学、数值比较和分类统计的方法,对内蒙古13家高校学报2002-2006年的评价指标（载文量、影响因子、总被引频次、基金论文比）进行分析.结果表明,内蒙古13家高校学报总体质量不断提高,但个体之间的差异和差距较大,发展不平衡,与全国同类高校学报相比,内蒙古高校学报质量偏低,作为地方高校学报应找准定位,走特色化办刊之路.
Taking Chinese Academic Journals Comprehensive Citation Report as a tool and by the methods of library measure, numerical comparison and classification statistics, the evaluation indices of thirteen journals of Inner Mongolia colleges from year 2002 to 2006,which include the amount of articles published,impact factor, total cited frequency, rate of foundation supported articles, are analyzed. The results show that the qualities of the thirteen journals are improved in general, but the differences and gaps are distinct and the developments are imbalance. The qualities of journals of Inner Mongolia colleges are lower than the journals of famous colleges, implying that the province college journals should correctly orientate and keep their own features.
