摘要
阐述了数控车削加工、机床坐标系、机床原点、参考点、工件坐标系、工件原点、对刀等概念,结合具体零件,以SINUMERIK802S系统为例,探讨了对刀、G54指令及搜索断点等加工技巧及其应用。
The article expounds some concept including CNC Turning, machine tool coordinate system ,machine tool orion, reference station, work coordinate system work station, measuring the tool offset etc. Combining the particular spares to SINUMERIK802S system, and explored the applications of measuring the tool offset, G54 instruction , search breakpoint functions in the practical operation of CNC machining.
